RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
Returns & Exchanges
Because items are handmade and produced in small batches, returns and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Returns or exchanges may be requested within thirty (30) days of delivery.
All items must be in new, unused condition to be eligible for return or exchange.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within five (5) days of delivery. When reaching out, please include photos of the item(s) received to help us quickly resolve the issue. We will work with you to repair, replace, or refund the item when appropriate.
